Note: Question No. 1 is compulsory Which consists of 12 short answer type questions, each of 2 marks out of which candidate is required to attempt ten questions. In addition to question no. 1 candidate is required to attempt, four more question from the remaining eight questions each carrying 20 marks.

6. Discuss fully the objects and advantages of audit. अंकेक्षण के उद्देश्य तथा लाभों को स्पष्ट कीजिये 

7. What do you mean by statutory audit? What are its characteristics and objects? वैधानिक अंकेक्षण से क्या तत्प्रिया हैइसके लक्षण एवं उद्देश्य को बताइये
